Product detailed description
COVID-19 Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit CE Approved
The novel coronaviruses belong to the ? genus.COVID-19 is an acute respiratory infectious disease. People are generally susceptible.
Infection with COVID-19 initiates an immune response, which includes the production of antibodies in the blood. The secreted antibodies provide protection against future viral infections, because they will stay inthe circulatory system from months to years after infection, and will quickly and strongly bind to thepathogen to block cellular infiltration and replication. These antibodies are named neutralizing antibodies.

Storage and stability:
The kit can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated (4-30°C).The test device is stable through theexpiration date printed on the sealed pouch. The test device must remain in the sealed pouch until use.

Test procedure :
Allow the test cassette, sample, buffer, and / or other materials to warm to room temperature (15-30 ° C) before testing.
1. Remove the test cartridge from the sealed foil pouch and use it as soon as possible. The best results will be
achieved if the test is performed within 60 minutes.
2. Place the test equipment on a clean and level surface.
For serum or plasma samples:
Take a serum / plasma sample with the supplied dropper and then add 1 drop (approximately 20 ?l) of serum / plasma sample
into the sample well (s). Then immediately add 2 drops of buffer to the sample well (S). Avoid formation
air bubbles.
For a whole blood sample:
Using the supplied dropper, immediately transfer 1 drop (about 20 ?l) of whole blood to the sample well (S). Avoid formation
air bubbles.
3. Wait until the colored line (C) appears. The result should be read after 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20
minutes.
4. Use a disposable micropipette to draw blood. The blood level must reach above the narrowest part of the pipette.
5. Drop 2 drops of blood (or 1 drop of serum or plasma) into the smaller hole at the bottom of the test.
6. Add 2 drops of buffer reaction solution to the same hole.
7. The results can be read with the naked eye after 10-15 minutes
(Note: Test results after more than 20 minutes are invalid!)
Interpretation of results
NEGATIVE:
If only lane C is present, the absence of any burgundy color in lane T indicates that none was detected in the sample
neutralizing antibody COVID-19. The result is negative.
POSITIVE:
In addition to the presence of lane C, if lane T is shown, the test indicates the presence of the neutralizing antibody COVID-19 in the sample.
The result is a positive neutralizing antibody COVID-19.
INVALID:
The control line does not appear. The most likely reason for a control line failure is insufficient sample volume or
incorrect procedures. Check the procedure and repeat the test with a new test cartridge. If the problem persists, immediately
stop using the test kit and contact your local distributor.
Do not use after the expiry date.
After opening the sealed sachet, use the test as soon as possible within 60 minutes.
